1.1 Fiddy provides shipping services across India and is committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner.
1.2 We work with trusted third-party logistics providers (“Delivery Partners”) to ensure a seamless shopping and delivery experience.
1.3 By placing an order on Fiddy, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, we recommend not proceeding with the purchase.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
2.1 Delivery Partners and Notifications
Your order will be delivered by our Delivery Partners or by our internal logistics team in select locations. Once your order is confirmed:
- An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.
- You will receive updates via email and/or SMS with tracking information.
2.2 Serviceable Areas
Fiddy delivers across most pin codes in India. However, if your location is unserviceable:
- You will be notified during checkout.
- You can use the pin code checker on the platform to verify delivery availability before placing an order.
2.3 Accurate Shipping Information
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, you must provide complete and correct shipping details, including:
- Full name
- Delivery address with relevant landmarks
- Active contact number and email address
Fiddy will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
2.4 Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable during delivery:
- Our Delivery Partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
- If all attempts fail, the order may be canceled at our discretion.
- Applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
2.5 Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the promised delivery timeline, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Lockdowns, strikes, or public disturbances
- Natural disasters
- Unexpected logistical challenges
We will inform you of any significant delays. However, Fiddy will not be held liable for such delays or resulting losses.
2.6 Delivery Personnel Conduct
We expect professional conduct from all delivery personnel, but we are not responsible for their behavior. Any issues can be reported to our customer support team, and we will help resolve them with the concerned Delivery Partner.
2.7 Order Tracking
After dispatch, your order will be assigned a tracking ID. You can:
- Track your order via your Fiddy account
- Or use the tracking link provided by our Delivery Partner
Please note: Tracking updates may experience slight delays due to system sync intervals.
2.8 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on:
- Order value
- Product type, weight, and size
- Delivery location
Applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout. These charges are non-refundable unless a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product is delivered.
2.9 Returns & Reverse Logistics
For returns, we follow a reverse logistics process. After a return request is approved:
- A pickup will be scheduled by our Delivery Partner.
