At Fiddy Furniture, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged.
  • Both the product and shipping package are damaged.
  • The product is defective or not functioning properly.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered, based on the product description on our website.

Note: In these cases, we will process a return and replacement only.
Cancellations are not permitted after delivery.

Mattress-Specific Return Policy

You may return a mattress within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • It arrives damaged, defective, or deformed.
  • It differs in shape, design, dimension, or color from what was shown on the website.

If your mattress comes with a 30-day or 100-day trial period, you may request a cancellation or replacement during that period, beginning from the date of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Damage due to accidents, mishandling, exposure to heat, wet conditions, or improper usage.
  • Cosmetic flaws, stains, burns, or discoloration caused by normal use.
  • Indentations or sagging less than 1 inch deep.
  • Sagging caused by unsupported bed frames or slats.

Refund Timeline

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the original source account within 5–7 working days after return or cancellation approval.
  • In-Store Payments: Refunded via NEFT transfer within 5–7 working days.
  • Fiddy Furniture Gift Cards: Amount will be credited back to the same gift card within 24 hours.
  • Third-Party Gift Cards/Vouchers: Refund status must be checked directly with the respective provider.
